Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or abusing bonuses constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
mpoas employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a User account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.
To create an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
mpoas operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at our discretion for any deposit activity, we may require you to submit the following documentation:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspended withdrawal access. mpoas is not liable for any financial loss arising from delays caused by a User's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX generally settle within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and typically settle within 15–30 minutes. All deposits are credited in MYR at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
mpoas is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Suspicious transactions may be suspended pending investigation. mpoas may file reports with relevant financial intelligence authorities where required by law, without prior notice to the User.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards ("Bonuses") offered by mpoas are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories (such as live dealer games or specific jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement fulfilment.
mpoas takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes Bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all Bonus balances, and forfeiture of associated winnings:
A 2% bonus on cryptocurrency deposits, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per transaction, is available to eligible verified accounts. This Bonus is subject to these general Bonus terms and any specific conditions published at the time of credit.
All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any Wager. Technical errors or connectivity issues that prevent a wager from being recorded in our system do not create a binding bet.
Odds offered on mpoas for sporting events (including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets) are set by our trading team and are subject to change up to the moment of Wager confirmation. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at our discretion.
mpoas reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, including — but not limited to — pricing errors, feed errors, or system malfunctions. Where a Wager is voided under this clause, the stake amount will be returned to the User's account balance.
All casino games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP percentages displayed on individual game cards reflect the theoretical long-run return to the player as certified by the game provider. mpoas does not manipulate game outcomes.

The mpoas name, wordmark, and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial or non-commercial context is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpoas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or delays in processing transactions.
mpoas's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim or series of claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by mpoas's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
mpoas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time and without prior notice where:
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (net of applicable Bonus conditions) will be returned to you using your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.
Upon account termination by either party, all outstanding wagers will be settled according to standard rules, all Bonus balances will be forfeited, and access to the Platform will be revoked. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
mpoas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mpoas will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform. For minor or administrative changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which mpoas holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and mpoas arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
Where good-faith negotiation does not resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
